The villa is ideally located within walking distance of Downtown and Abu Tig Marina, yet in a very calm neighborhood.
The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, two ensuite bedrooms with each one a full bathroom, a guest toilet and it is completed by a small room with a single bed (maid's room or kids room, No AC!).
Outside a very large garden awaits you, fully equipped with a pergola, several sitting areas, BBQ, and outdoor kitchenette.
Upstairs there is one more en-suite bedroom and a spacious terrace overlooking the lagoon, offering a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening drinks.
